Brew Monkey's little brother. Using a premium selection of grains brewed with Citra hops and dry hopped with Motueka during the fermentation to give its citrus aroma and clean finish. Same goes here, best enjoyed GULPED.
American IPA brewew and hopped with centennial and amarillo hops. Our Van is more in line with the West Coast Style IPAs, with a little piney, malty and bitter-forward IPA. Ask for it by name. Give me a Van!
A standard 2-row base combined with zesty Saaz hops and cold fermented using a lager yeast. Soft notes of biscuits and flowering herbs, filtered to a crisp, clean, everyday American Pilsner.
Balanced Red Ale with a mild cand-like caramel tast, an approchable hop bitterness which rests on the palate with a crisp clean finish
Brewed using 4 roasted Malt varieties and 3 complimentary Hops (Willamette, Liberty and Goldings). Clean on the palate with subtle cocoa notes and a pleasant bitter bite.
Perfect balance of chocolate toasted wheat and fresh ground coffee beans. We simmer our coffee beans directly into the wort during the whirlpool process, allowing the coffee flavor to go through fermentation and into the keg.
Centennial, Amarillo, and El Dorado (Bittering, Flavor and Aroma) on top of a premium grain build. It’s our spring into summer Pale ale. Crisp beer with hints of pineapple, pear, watermelon and stone fruit.
